Unlike some EMS providers who try to use customer-specific manufacturing engineers, TT APSCO relies on process-specific engineering. For greater specialization, our engineers focus on only one aspect of the manufacturing process, such as surface-mount technology, for example. They become experts on your particular manufacturing process, while our Product Engineers serve as experts on your specific product. To make the transition from new product development to manufacturing as seamless as possible, our engineers collect extensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) data for every new design. By carefully analyzing DFM data, we can improve your product’s quality, and lower its cost.
